What makes the Quick Book™ Moving Service so special?

The Quick Book™ Moving Service is designed to make getting quotes easier and faster. Can I use the Quick Book™ Moving Service if I have NOT had any movers come to my house for a visual survey?

No. In order to qualify for the Quick Book™ Moving Service, you must have had an agent from a major van line visit your house and provide a complete survey of your household goods and estimate.

Can the price you quote change?

Yes. MoveSource is quoting you a price on your move based on the information provided by the other van lines you contacted.  This is what makes our service quick and easy for you.  Your price may change only if we complete our visual survey of your household goods and the weight of your household items, based on our survey, is higher (over 500 pounds) than what you provided to us.  If there are additional items to move or services you need that were not on the estimate you provided from another moving company, your price may change to reflect these new items and services.  Or if you decide you need additional services like packing or storage that were not originally reflected on your quote, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Will you still come to my house to survey and determine the weight my belongings?

Yes. After you book your move, we will send our van line agent to your house to confirm your survey.

What if I do not know the exact dates of my move?

If you do not have a pick up and delivery date time frame yet, the dates must be mutually agreed upon and a minimum of 14 business days prior to your move. Notify us immediately if you have problems in this regard.

What is the service charge for?

Because MoveSource Quick Book™ Moving Service is quoted at our cost, the service charge includes MoveSource’s value added relocation services including:

·         Full value replacement coverage up to $75,000

·         Guaranteed price quote in writing

·         Guaranteed pick up and delivery date time frames

·         Prompt claim resolution guarantee by the van line

·         Penalties if the van line fails to perform
